Responsibilities include completion of daily scheduling.  Monitor all construction work in the field. Monitor and address quality issues in the field in regards to construction. Coordinate day and night activities with all market contractors including Verizon managed groups.  Provide daily updates as to site readiness.  Coordinate punch walks with SP & ASPs.  Help troubleshoot any issues with Verizon techs in order to resolve trouble tickets as promptly as possible. Attend meetings with Verizon. When needed conduct the daily bridge. Responsible for all activities and scheduling of the Tiger Team to correct and eliminate any issues that would impair market launch. MyCom USA AT&T LTE                                                                                                                  June 2013 to August 2013

Responsible for all aspects of the West Virginia Mycom/AT&T market with over 200 sites and growing. Budget and timeline management as well as managing the day to day with 5 field CMs and 6 civil technicians, hiring and firing responsibilities of my personal as well as GCs. I have one office manager that reports to me and helps me keep the tracker actuals and projections on course.

Responsible for  managing 195 plus sites for TMO fiber and LTE installs as well as the C&I person during cut overs, help the BTS engineer and GC integrator to trouble shoot fiber, FSME, ESMB, FXFB during cut. Attended C&I class, passed with 99 1/3 points.

Ericsson Private Contractor Regional Construction /Project Manger – Verizon LTE               April 2010 to May 2012                                                                                                                

Lead CM Verizon LTE Tennessee - Conducted seventeen crews to complete 44 sites in twelve days in order to meet commitment to Verizon. Responsible for building BOMS/MOPS, training GC’s how to upload all documentation in Site Handler, review all close out documentation, have GC’s correct punch items, ensure project stays within budget , excess equipment is returned to warehouse and ensure GC’s are correctly running PM and sweep test according to Verizon specifications.

Ericsson private contractor working for Clear Wire deploying their license save project all over the United States, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Deploying their WI-FI network as well as bringing T1 and backhaul to the sites. Designed the BOM and the BOM  process through Tesco   as well as building material SOW. Approve CD’s and set up BSS process for NIC material. Change order approval and execution. Monitoring and updating ClearVision and spread sheet rearrangement within CV

Ericsson Sprint Network Vision                                                         

Ericsson Private Contractor for Sprint Network Vision. Transferred from Ericsson ClearWire to Ericsson SNV project in Atlanta Georgia as Construction Manager. Responsible for all aspects of 3G & 4G Construction Management of set number of sites.

Manage all dates forecast and actual in Site Handler for said sites as well as the financials and PO's. Manage the A&E firms doing the A&E walks and audits with each firm and redlining the CDs to make all necessary corrections. Walked all sites with the AAV vendors as well as redlining AAV plans to determine what is needed to bring fiber, microwave, or copper to accomplish communication needs at each site.

Coordinate with GCs, NAL and other parties to set up crane, boom truck and permissions to do hot slide, cold slides or no-slides as necessary to set new cabinets.

Private contracting through third party vendors; Leadcom, Seneca, Westower, to do pre-cons and post-cons, site walks, and bid walks plus consulting on Project Management as well as Construction management on Verizon, Alltel, T-Mobile, Towercom and some Motorola. I helped put together tracking and closeout needs and requirements. For the last 6 months I have been doing PM/CM work on a Clear Wire project for their WI-FI nationwide build.

Project Construction Manager .PM/CM over all field CM’s in the process of full site audits for AT&T, and RFDS redlines. Processing quotes for site mods and the decommissioning of old TDMA equipment.

Responsibilities include field management for civil construction and process for building OOM’s, FAB’s as

per AT&T specs. Full spectrum training of rookie CM’s from pre-cons, quotes to site construction and punch walks. Review, correct and QA site audits done by others using pictures and information gathered at the sites. I performed complete ground-audits as a one man team including pictures and site sketches as well as electronic input to local company drive. Manage Ret project from po to completion as well as ordering antennas and material and resolving issues on sites with access problems and landlord disputes.  .

 

Private Contractor Atlanta T-Mobile UMTS                             February 2007 to March 2008                     

Project Construction Manager .PM/CM over all field coordinators in the process of full site audits for T-Mobile through Nokia, as well as producing field site sketches for the purpose of determining proposed locations for Nokia Flexi-Cabinet in combination with Purcell Power Cabinet.  Responsibilities include field management for civil construction and process for building BOQ’s, FPQ’s as per T-Mobile and Nokia specifications. PM over 2G/3G site construction, UMTS, site inspections, in charge of as many as 25 crews

and10 construction managers, as well as managing other PMs along with 5 different trackers governing all the construction, scheduling, and site inspections.

  

Ericsson Cingular UMTS                           June 2006 – February 2007

Responsibilities include completion of daily scheduling.  Monitor all construction work in the field.  Coordinate with Telco and power providers in order to schedule and provide utilities for each site.  Monitor and address quality issues in the field in regards to construction.  Work with power provider, Telco provider, and contractors to resolve said issues.  Provide other market CM’s with daily task and scheduling.  Coordinate day and night activities with all market contractors including Cingular managed groups.  Provide daily updates as to site readiness.  Assist CM’s with set-up and scheduling of site scrubs in order to provide CCI, Emerson, and Parsons with proper information in order for them to complete their part of the UMTS project.  Coordinate punch walks with CM’s and contractors.  Help troubleshoot any issues with Cingular field techs in order to resolve trouble tickets as promptly as possible.  Help out with scrubs, Telco issues, and quality assurance within the Charlotte and Greensboro UMTS market. Attend all meetings with Cingular and BellSouth to help speed up the process of NIU re-lo’s. When needed conduct the daily bridge. Responsible for all activities and scheduling of the Tiger Team to correct and eliminate any issues that would impair market launch.
